Exercise can be a daunting task but it doesn’t have to be boring — especially if it involves dance and music. I love music and I love dancing so this is usually the best way for me to exercise.There are several ways to spice up your workout routine with dance videos and so many great workouts you can do from the comfort of your own living room where no one is watching so you can let loose and go crazy (...no joke!). YouTube has a plethora of videos that can walk you through dancing and you don’t even have to be a good dancer (not sure I am - I love music and dancing so who cares).
I would, however, recommend doing some light stretches before starting out especially if you don’t work out often. This would get your body flexible and warmed up. The best part is you can do this at anytime of the day and 10-30 minutes a day is more than enough to get the job done! So, I've rounded up some of my favorite online dance workout videos to help you move your body and get it grooving.
